Go to flippa.com, email and call businesses locally you like, go through the yellow pages or google maps to find them. You can use seller financing to get them for little to no deposit. How? You make a deal with the retiree (potential seller) that you will pay the business off over 4 years from the cashflow of the business. For e.g on a $400,000 business that’s earning $150,000, maybe you put a $40,000 deposit or $0 down and you pay $100,000 from the business for 4 years. You can do great deals like this and much much better when you get a hang of it especially if you believe you can grow the business like from $400k to $1M in those 4 years.
